Comment:

 I am going through all kernel bugs marked as 9.1 or future release and
 updating their status, next action, etc in preparation of 9.1 bug
 scrubbing and future release planning.

 This bug, along with #7594 was the main reason to not enable aggressive
 suspend resume in 8.2 from what I recall. We need to start running these
 tests again and if we still hit this, come up with a plan to attack at
 all levels (kernel, ec, WLAN firmware, etc)....
