Comment:

 Is this a problem that exists in 8.2, or in a later (not yet shipping)
 release, or only if the user installs SCIM into that release?  If this
 isn't meant to be fully supported in 8.2 then it doesn't make sense to
 make this an 8.2.1 Milestone bug.
