 In Build 8.2.0, shell.log and shellservice.log, and running ''sugar-
 control-panel -g available_updates'', prints WARNING:root:"Activity
 directory lacks a MANIFEST file"

 I modified my activitybundle.py to report the errant activity name (bug
 #9080) and Sugar is reporting this error for Journal.99, which does indeed
 lack a MANIFEST file (along with Scratch, bug #9081).  Obviously, the
 Journal works.

 requirement.
