 In Build 8.2.0, shell.log and shellservice.log, and running ''sugar-
 control-panel -g available_updates'' prints WARNING:root:"Activity
 directory lacks a MANIFEST file"

 I modified my activitybundle.py to report the errant activity name (bug
 #9080) and Sugar is reporting this error for Scratch.12, which does indeed
 lack a MANIFEST file, and all my other activities have one.  But Scratch
 seems to work.

 requirement.
