 Oh, okay, sorry.  While I expect what you're seeing when you run
 "ifconfig" -- since that happens outside of NetworkManager's knowledge --
 if nm-tool is just always reporting disconnected even when NM is actively
 managing the interface, that does indeed sound like a bug.
