 Build number 767, firmware q2e18.

 I turned off the radio using the new control panel GUI and after turning
 it back on, received multiple prompts to enter WEP password.

 Rebooting machine resolved problem.

 When the radio is turned off, wpa supplicant is no longer running (don't
 know if it is stopped or dies) but avahi and NetworkManager are still
 running..  shouldn't the whole stack be stopped together?
