 Here's a work around:

 cd /etc/pki/rpm-gpg
 sudo ln -s RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora-primary RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora-i386
 sudo ln -s RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora-test-primary RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora-test-i386
 }}}

 After making this change, "yum install screen" failed the first time but
 worked on my second attempt.
