 Many first time users in many sites I visited try to click over the label
 of the buttons. In some parts of Sugar, such as in the Resume button in
 the Journal, you can click over the label to open the entry in a different
 activity. For the user, it usually tries to apply the same logic in other
 situations. For consistency, suggest to make the button labels also
 clickables.
