 when I saw the keyboard shortcuts in the 8.2-757 activities, I expected
 them to work regardless of the tab. So when I tried ctrl-q, it didn't
 work. I figured out that I had to select a certain tab for ctrl-q to work.
 This is confusing. I dont remember this being the case in the 6xx and 7xx
 activities. I'd expect it to work regardless of the the tab.
