Comment:

 Marco - do you have code to check in for this? If so, can you get it in
 asap.

 Then, we need to test upgrades from 656 to 8.2 and 8.1.x to 8.2.0. Need to
 ensure there are items in the journal from core activites before
 upgrading; check that it is preserved after upgrade.

 Ensure that activities installed in older version are preserved.
