Comment:

 cnn.com (thanks Paul). First time I opened it, no scrollbars appeared (not
 even vertical), and there wasn't even a space for them on screen where
 they would normally appear (even if invisible, as in this bug). I could
 scroll with the arrow keys. After changing the font size, and on all
 subsequent attempts to load the page, both horizontal and vertical scroll
 bars appeared.

 This should be added to the 8.2 branch and then closed. I'll file a new
 ticket for the both-scrollbars-missing bug if it appears again...
