 Don't know if I should open a different ticket, but running build 8.2-757,
 on a B4, I found more ways to get the Frame "stuck".

 Open Browse.

 Generally browse, following links, waiting for the pages to fully load.

 While doing this, keep showing and hiding the frame by moving the cursor
 to a corner.

 Won't be long for the frame to become stuck, and not hide.

 I've had times when even after the website was fully loaded and Browse was
 stopped, my third or fourth reveal of the frame made it become stuck.
