 This may be hard to reproduce:

 Copy something to the clipboard, then switch around the different views
 and activities using the cursor, and while doing that, drag what you
 coppied from the clipboard to the main activity screen.
 There will be a time when the frame doesn't hide when you are grabbing the
 clipping and the cursor is over the main activity screen.
