 Using firmware Q2E14, I was unable to use the X game key to force a secure
 boot.   Thus, I was unable to use a customization key to add activities to
 a developer laptop.

 This laptop had both the ak and dk manufacturing tags set.

 It never even tried to boot from the USB key, ignoring it completely.
