 Hi Bert and Scott,

 Thanks for the reply but I'm still not sure if that gives me the info I
 need to decide if this is a bug which we need to fix for the release.

 I scanned through the log file and I see which .py libraries it is
 complaining about but I can't tell from that how prevalent this will be
 based on that (probably due to my lack of python skills and lack of
 detailed knowledge of our sugar code).

 I see that its complaining that it can't find the 3dpong image file and
 that its having trouble with the threader, actinfo and updater scripts.

 My question: Is this problem likely to happen to happen to other
 activities? Did this activity author do something novel or did they follow
 the rules for 70x releases and just didn't update for the new code?

 I don't think the updater should "hang" on any attempted download, but I'm
 not sure we can spend engineering time on it if its something that only
 happens in this one edge case.

 Let me know if that is still not clear. Maybe Scott is better positioned
 to answer...
