Comment:

 Daniel showed this to me today on a laptop that failed to connect to the
 TestAP. When you click on the access point in the neighborhood view, then
 it will connect. So this is not a blocker. It would be great to get a fix
 for 8.2.1 and get it into joyride soon so it gets appropriate testing.
