 Currently, dosfstools -- and mkfs.vat -- are available via yum but not
 shipped with the operating system.

 Seeing as so many things in the wiki talk about ensuring sd cards and/or
 usb drives are formatted with the FAT filesystem, we should at least
 proved the tools to make this happen.

 It's a 76kb package, so we're not losing much by including it.
