 Hi Guys,

 I have heard from several deployments (e.g. Rwanda, Peru) in the last two
 days that they "lose data" from the journal. We don't know yet exactly
 which bug is causing it (looking for more info) but this looks like a
 candidate.

 Can we make a push to close this one?

 I'm leaving the "?" on it for now but time will run out.
