 Hi Scott et al,

 I moved this to test in build. Hope that is the correct designation. If
 not please change it.

 Does this affect the users? It looks easy but unless it affects the
 software install or some other end user impact I'm not sure I can mark it
 a blocker.

 Best case is to fix it quickly and close it.
