 From the logs, it seems libertas debug information is missing. I see
 command 0x10 timedout but I am not able to see the command history which
 leads to this situation. A crash with libertas debug mask set to 0x6000
 would reveal us command history leading to this failure and may give more
 insight. Thanks!
