 cscott's Scratch-6.xo failed to pass the activity_id and bundle_id
 variables which the sugar launcher passes to launched applications, and
 this resulted in Scratch disappearing from view following a tabbing event
 in Sugar.  The attached patch to bin/scratch-activity from Scratch v5
 integrates his changes into the code.  Additionally, I symlinked Projects
 to /tmp/scratch so that the file browser in Scratch wouldn't leave the
 user in an unfamiliar location.  The results are available at
