 It is really difficult to analyze the severity/priority of this bug
 without more info: 1) what does the user see - what is the problem from
 the user perspective, 2) under what conditions does the problem show up,
 3) is there an easy work-around, does this problem prohibit other
 activities or actions, 4) is this just an upgrade issue
