 Updates to redirects:

 http://library.laptop.org/release-notes-update.1 should point to [[Release
 notes/8.1.0]]
 http://library.laptop.org/release-notes-update.2 should point to [[Release
 notes/8.2.0]]

 I don't think we need the extra level of redirection, and the wiki link is
 not much longer.
 I would rather have these point directly to the wiki, but please make sure
 these redirects work as expected.
