 Turkish is a good test case too, almost 100% translated. Unfortunately, it
 uses almost all latin1 chars but some out of that range (like dotless i)
 so just taking an arbitrary phrase will not work.

 Perhaps a [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_pangrams pangram] should
 be the first translation entity in the file? Or simply the full alphabet
 with all diacritics used.
