New description:

 the listbox (showing activities which can be installed, with checkboxes)
 can be navigated with the arrow keys, but if the current selection
 "leaves" the scrollbox, it becomes invisible.  the list should scroll to
 keep the current selection visible.

 in addition, the spacebar (and perhaps enter?) should allow toggling the
 checkbox.
