 I don't know where the content in OLPC Library is in git, how it's
 processed ([Creating a collection] doesn't match reality) or even whether
 it's part of a fresh 8.2 build.

 Otherwise, sure I'd do the work :-)

 I think someone just needs to update line 195 of
 http://dev.laptop.org/git?p=library/library-activity;f=activities/bundle-
 archive/index.en.html;hb=HEAD , changing http://library.laptop.org
 /release-notes-update.1 to , for example, http://library.laptop.org
 /release-notes-8.2.0.  Then either get the updated file into 8.2.0, or
 wait for bug #8106 that would let Software update install or update a
 library bundle that's appropriate for release 8.2.
