 Laptops running build 756 completely ignore a school mesh --- a school
 server with one or more active antennas.   The meshes do not show up in
 the neighborhood screen, and they are not selected by default.

 Build 711 still automatically associates with a school mesh if found.

 While this scenario is not a common one right now, nowhere have I seen it
 completely discarded.  This should be considered a regression.
