 The url given is not actually for the schoolserver activation server, it's
 for activation.laptop.org, which is different.

 The code for the actual activation server used to live on
 schoolserver.laptop.org, then got lost when schoolserver.laptop.org was
 reimaged, but wad thought he had a copy stored away, and then martin was
 said to have a copy... I wrote it, but haven't seen it for six months or
 so.  It was extremely simple, though: the XO just opens a connection to
 port 191 on 172.18.16.1 and/or fe80::abcd:ef01, writes a serial number,
 and expects to get a lease candidate back.

 If the code has been lost, I could rewrite it easily.
