 In joyride-2301, in Browse in OLPC Library, clicking activities > find
 activities opens "Activity and Library Bundles", at /usr/share/activities
 /bundle-archive/index.en.html . This has a link to _release notes_, but
 it's the same URL that it was in the 8.1.0 version of this page:
 "http://library.laptop.org/release-notes-update.1"

 /usr/share/activities/bundle-archive/library/library.info says I have
 library_version = 3 of this content bundle.

 The _release notes_link should be different in 8.2.0. I don't know if
 it's possible to update a content library so that a particular web page
 links to the right page for the release; for example, you could post-
 process the web page at installation and append the contents of
 /boot/olpc_build to the "release notes" link.

 Note the handling of redirects from library.laptop.org is broken (I filed
 bug #7778), but so long as 8.2.0 has a different version of
 /usr/share/activities/bundle-archive/index.en.html with a different URL
 for the _release notes_ link, we can make it go to the right wiki page.
