Comment:

 Didn't make it in time for xs-0.4 , mostly due to the xs-config fixup
 work.

 Bumping to xs-0.5 - the initial work will be done against xs-0.4 so we can
 put the packages on the xs-0.4 testing branch... (and include them in a
 0.4.1 if we ever cut it).
