 I just had an idea.

 You could include Browses current webpage title as the secondary title of
 the Primary palette of Browse's activity icon, when it is running in the
 top of the frame (perhaps also when it is a journal entry).
 In this way, the Activity title (primary title) of Browse would never be
 automatically changed.

 Those kids who don't use the feature of renaming Browse activity titles,
 will still have knowledge of the current/last page some Browse session is
 at; those who want to organize special Browse sessions, can do so by
 renaming them, and still always know what current/last page the Browse
 session is at.

 P.S.-I specifically think it should be on the primary palette, because it
 is the most important information about a browse activity session, which
 is the webpage it currently is at. No extra effort (waiting for secondary
 palette, or right-click for it) should be needed to get it.
