 Confirmation dialogs do not work. As we've seen time and time again,
 people will click "OK" as a reflex. Very quickly, a user becomes so
 trained to click "OK" that the dialog doesn't really even register in
 their mind. All the dialog serves to do is make the interface slower; the
 user will NOT think about the dialog.

 On the other hand, a few lost documents will quickly train a user what a
 deletion button does. It won't be a problem.
