Comment:

 I question the need for opening the Frame when alt-tab is pressed.  When I
 use alt-tab, it is for the purpose of "rotating" to an adjacent session.
 Showing of the Frame is distracting, and needlessly lengthens the time
 until the "next" session gets displayed.

 If I wish to directly "select" the destination session, I'll explicitly
 call up the Frame, and NOT use alt-tab.
