 The fact that you can right-click in links and images on websites, to copy
 or follow them, will be totally unknown to kids by their own exploration,
 because everywhere else in Sugar they appear on-hover.

 Eben told on irc it was because they would get in the way on webpages with
 multiple links and images. I suggest trying it out again (perhaps with a
 longer delay) and see the feedback you receive (from us testers, not the
 kids where xo's are deployed). I'm willing to test a version of Browse
 which uses on-hover palettes and reply here with view and feel of it.

 I myself have been bitten for a long time by ticket #7023 because I had
 forgot the existence of right-click only palettes for links.
