 Weird bug (or feature?) possibly related to #7536.

 Testing with joyride-2301 on G1G1 XO, Advanced and Extreme Power
 Management both off (neither checkmarked).  Browse-95 is only activity.

 Test case:  [[BR]]

 Press Power button to suspend.  Press it again to resume.  Now close the
 lid.  '''XO does not suspend.'''  Open lid.  XO still awake.  Close Lid
 again.  Now it does suspend.

 Is this a bug?  I could imagine scenarios where it would be useful to keep
 the XO awake with the lid closed, but this machine is for kids.
