 The control panel software update should work for library bundles as well
 as activity bundles.  In Joyride 2301, a library bundle included in the
 activity template doesn't get installed into the library (probably because
 the bundle installation script is trying to install it as an activity
 bundle).  Check for bundle type and install appropriately.

 The name of the update control panel might also be changed to reflect both
 types.
