Comment:

 As /view/home/grid.py uses numpy in any case, the nested for loops to
 calculate weight (or update the weight array) that are computed quite
 often can be spead up by using numpy slicing + numpy summing. I will
 attach a patch.
 The patch also currently changes _MAX_COLLISIONS_PER_REFRESH, I am not
 sure if this is good or not.
