 Joyride-2301. We chose the kiniarwanda as a language and none of the
 translations show up in this build. Looking in Pootle almost 100% has been
 translated and looks like it just needs to be put in a build.

 Rwanda is rolling in out in a couple of weeks so they are counting on 8.2
