 The displayed mesh status (in the Frame icon for the mesh) will be wrong
 when this bug occurs.  Once we actually show the mesh state to the user
 more prominently in #6995 it'll be more prominently wrong.

 But I suspect this bug may go away or change symptom significantly after
 we move to NetworkManager v0.7.

 So I don't think this is high priority at all.  I'm moving it to "Future
 Release" and lowering the priority.
