 If you haven't done this yet, could I tack on another kernel config
 request? iotop is also useful for determining performance problems and is
 also available in the repository but whn run complains:

 - Linux >= 2.6.20 with I/O accounting support: Not found

 I'm not sure what the config option is (I'm on the road and a few minutes
 googling doesn't find it) but I bet you'd find it just grepping for
 ACCOUNTING in .config
