 I was the one that developed both activities mentioned by tomeu, and
 frankly can't imagine why this would happen. In any case, more information
 is needed to debug this:

 What activity was installed, exactly?
 Can you provide the link used to download the activity?
 Did it trash the system after download, on first run, did it run at all?
