 Okay, the upload log is way out of my league, I can't make heads or tails
 of it. More to the point, it's not only Develop that won't work, also
 Measure, (which I don't use but tested as per another ticket), that were
 downloaded with Software Updates. Nothing downloaded with Browse from the
 Activities pages shows up properly in Journal, or starts or anything, (see
 Ticket# 8013). By the way, yes, I'm up to joyride-2301 and firmware Q2E12.
