 Ugh, I didn't see this come through my inbox until today.

 This looks suspiciously familiar to the SD corruption bug, but in this
 case we're not actually corrupting the data on disk, just ending up with a
 corrupted copy of the disk partition info in memory. I'll have to
 reproduce here, but my guess is that we're trying to do I/O on a device
 that is no longer logically attached due to suspend/resume.
