 While reproducing this, please use attached debug firmware
 http://dev.laptop.org/attachment/ticket/7973/usb8388_0_0_0_17.tar.gz.

 This is based on 5.110.22.p17 release and would throw, some more events in
 the form of 0x1xyz and 0x2xyz, when this problem appears (these events
 would not affect the functionality or performance). If you don't see
 problem with libertas debug mask, please try without any debug mask. I
 hope to see some useful information collected by these events. Thank you
