 Because the text box to edit/enter text only appears when clicking on the
 title of Journal entries, only by accident, or reading a manual will a kid
 know that he can do that.

 Either all titles are always entry boxes (not a good idea, could cause
 accidental renaming);

 Or the cursor changes to a typing cursor when hovering them;

 Or a light gray pseudo entry-box outline appears on hover, similar to what
 I mention at #8031 for free-spaced icons.
