#8030: "Detailed view" icon in Journal is a "play" icon which confuses new-timers

Comment(by HoboPrimate):
Thinking outside the box now:
The Journal now looks like a closed journal, no pencil exists. When you
are inside th Journal, it is opened, and you now have a pencil handy.
What if you devised an icon which shows just one page of the journal (it
would be a page of the journal because it would have the same number of
circles/points on the left margin, so as to indicate it belongs to the
dossier/journal), and a pencil over it.
This icon would be used for the "View/Edit details" option in the list
view of objects, and on the objects palette as well. The icon would make
it clear that it would let you enter/edit extra information to the object,
i.e., enter/edit extra information into a page (entry) of the Journal.
You could then also devise an icon of an opened Journal (not a single page
this time, but the journal itself) with a pencil over it, to be used
instead of the "Add new entry" button seen in the mockup
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Designs/Journal#02 .
Of course, in the places where this icon has no accompanying label, it
would have a tooltip (simple one-liner descriptive palette).
Simplicity being the norm of Sugar, just using the pencil for the icon
instead could be enough (after all, the user already knows he is inside
the journal).
