Comment:

 Greg -- #7591 plus a solid release note explaining how to make space from
 the Terminal activity or from the VT is all you're going to get in this
 release. This bug tracks other issues, is not itself a blocker, and its
 children are not blockers unless they are explicitly marked as such.
