Comment:

 The one shown in the linked image is the same icon used for the "About
 this XO" module.  This should probably be added to the theme as one or
 both of "computer" and "emblem-system" (which specifically mentions
 badging system/settings directories), according to the naming
 specification.

 Before we polish this off, though, I want to make sure we shouldn't be
 adding another icon altogether for "preferences" or "settings" or
 something.  There doesn't actually seem to be anything like this in the
 spec, though.  It could be a gear, or a wrench, or something similar.

 Finally, note that the screenshot is labeled "About my XO", which leads to
 the control panel as a whole and also to the "About my XO" module itself.
 Should we stick with "control panel"?  "settings"? "preferences"? "about
 my XO"?
