 This page http://kb.mozillazine.org/Browser.cache.memory.capacity notes
 that by default this value is set to -1 (Automatically decide the maximum
 memory to use to cache decoded images and chrome based on the total amount
 of RAM.) I am trying to understand what the OOM was - was it that the
 maximun memory to use was too high (-1 did not determine right) and browse
 OOM because of that?

 When we want to run browse on other systems than the XO autosetting would
 make more sense.
