 SDL_Pango is required for supporting complicated script languages (Arabic,
 Thai, etc.) in SDL-based activities.

 Tux Paint normally needs it. I can build without it; such a build will be
 limited to Latin, Greek, Cyrillic, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
